are they adjustable? if not your better of just going with some ground controls so you can adjust your height, plus while your there replace your struts....why would u go stock? if you want stock go to Auto-zone.

well have someone jack up your car, take off your tires and take a look, you said your not sure what you have? maybe if your lucky their adjustable, but to me it sounds like you have some no name brand after market springs so you're probably going to have to upgrade or good luck go to a acura dealer ship and buy oem stock parts....goodluck, share some pictures!!

also if I upgrade to the adjustable coilovers how much will it raise my ride height....cause as of now there is no gap between the wheel well and tire and makes for a really rough ride....hate to hear the tire and wheel bounce off the wheel well

That's the worst way to lower a car. I'm sure it does ride like crap. At this point your shocks are probably trashed too (no telling how long it's been like that). It would depend on how much clearance you need. Do some searching, don't have time to do it for ya. Try searching spring rates (usually theres a break down with ride height). You'll probably need new bump stops too(check dealership).

I've seen some aftermarket OE spec springs out there. Usually sell for around 120 a pair retail.

I went with the H&R OE springs. They're a about a 1" drop from stock once they settle.. Same height as the ITR.
