The forks on the bottom of the rear shocks won't fit the Integra LCA's properly. The bushing and fork are different widths, but I can't remember which is wider and which is narrower.

patrickgsr94 pretty much said everything. the front shocks will fit, but the rears wont fit because the 99 civic shocks fork on the rear shocks are smaller in width to fit over your LCA on your integ.

these are the integra rear shocks. notice how the bottom is wider

these are the civic rear shocks, they are smaller at the bottom
