my car drops hard on bumps or small holes sometimes harder that others . its a 2000 gs droped with tokico blues and and h&r spring i checked the shocks and there looked ok what could be the promblem. could it be the bump stops ,shock or bushings ? anyone...

Probably the rebound on the shocks.

I would also check your fender liner - I bet the tires are hitting the frame.

 

Which H&R springs, sport or race? If race, then the shocks are inadequate for those very stiff springs. If sports, then dunno.
