I say AEM, Ground Controls w/Koni's, Volk TE-37(if you can afford it), sway bars help the most, and that's all I can answer without giving you BS. Although I have heard good things on the Type R cams. What do you plan on doing (drag, autocross, just like the performance)?

Threaded Koni Coilovers
GReddy SP (Buy Mine!)
Neither... DC Sports JDM 4-1
Ingalls Camber Kit
Volk's (duh)
Benen Industries rear upper and lower and front lower, skunk2 front upper
OEM ITR rear sway bar with BSQ kit
Civic Type R cams (or custom reginds)
TODA cam gears... Or AEM... but I'm sure you'll listen to rumor and avoid them b/c of the 3 bolt horror story

By the way, Welcome to Honda-Tech

Check out the search button in the top right and start searching... you'll be amazed at what you'll find. Don't forget to search "archived" stuff.. very useful

--AEM makes the best Intake, go with the cold air
--GO with ground control, they use Eibach springs and they are adjustable
--DC headers are the best
--I talked to the people at Groundcontrol and they use ingalls camber kits
--The Volk TE37 are 15.5lbs(17") which is extreemly light
--Go with Neuspeed. There just as good if not better than everybody else and they are less expencive
--The integra type R cams are extreemly good. They give a lot more lift than the GSR cams. You might also need some new valve springs. Look at some aftermarkt cams too. Im thinking about getting crower cams.

dc headers are not the best -- comptech 4-2-1 made as much horsepower and more torque than the dc jdm in the header test, but there are all kinds of things that are better than dc. maybe dc is best for the price...and neuspeed can definitelybe improved upon as well - they are not the best, but youre right, they are cheap.
dont get 17's. too big.

and im also a proponent of the ctr cams. thats about it.
and if youre going for full handling youre going to want full coilovers (H&R, tein...)

Make sure before you start purchasing parts you plan ahead what you are going to do n/a, turbo, nos ect. Heres what i think if u want to go n/a aem cai,jdm 4-1 header w/carsound cat, greddy evo or apex N1 (loud), eibach sportlines w/koni yellows, volk TE37, type r swaybar, type r cams make good power for the price, also you have oem quality. That would be a start. Basically your mods will depend on what you want from the car, just make sure and think it thru.
