Default stuck

ok im a little flustered on what to do. i have a 95 ls with 2.25 custom exhaust , aem sri , dc sport 4-1 headers. i have a skunk2 intake manifold and have recently ordered a skunk2 throttle body. now heres where im stuck. my freind is getting a type-r head and selling his gsr head. now should i A. put the intake manifold and throttle body on my ls (also how much horse power should i expect). or B. buy the GSR head and have to buy other parts. but i dont have alot of money , what should i do

If you dont have alot of money stay with your setup, doin a LS/Vtec is costly if done right...if you do it wrong...well goodbye engine. Stay with the LS head. Horsepower gains....not sure, i have a 97 ls w/ DC headers, high flow cat, Apexi ws exhaust, aem v2, full msd ignition, and skunk 2 proseries...when i put on the manifold, i noticed little if nothing...maybe on a dyno you;ll see something, but nothing to the seat of your pants. Hope this helps.

if you don't have a lot of money, then you may as well stop spending because that manifold and throttlebody (especially the manifold) are not helping you without cams and/or a turbo.

if you want some helpful mods, i would suggest suspension and a gsr or itr transmission.
