Default Struts vs. Sway Bars

I did a search and found nothing useful. This is going to be a stupid question but which is more benefical for suspension (handling, cornering, etc). I assume struts would be, but i want to hear it from the masses I suppose. All i have done to my suspension is apexi springs on my se integra. So obviously i need an upgrade. Any and all help would be appreciated.

If you have springs, I'd get a 23mm JDM sway bar.

Then upgrade struts when your stock one blow or the ride gets too bouncy.

Sway bar is the biggest change I've added to my car. More noticable then anything.

yeah, that rear swaybar is a great upgrade, if you cant get a hold of a jdm itr 23mm, the usdm itr 22mm will still be a huge upgrade.

Sway bar! struts are good if you have high rate springs. However, if you already have springs and the struts are OK I would get a swaybar.

However, the biggest change I made to the car was switching to GC 400/300. A little extream for some but I liked it.

if you don't already have a strut bar, get a strut bar first. If you already have a factory strut bar, then get a sway bar. Strut bar will make your front end a lot more solid and sway less. Sway bar is good, but without all other suspension component help, it will have a lot more stress. If you have enough money, then definitely get both.
