hi I have a 94 integra and i notice that when i go to pull out the steering makes a woopin noise. It only last till i get down the block, which is a few seconds but it bugs the hell out of me. Could it be the power steering pump? the fluid? or something more major?

 

Did you check the power steering fluid? How about the belt?
