i have a 93 ls teg with a 95 gsr swap. every time i turn the key, the starter just clicks. not repeatedly but just once, turn if off, turn it all the way again, just clicks once. sometimes it will start first try and sometimes i sit there for 10 minutes and it finally starts. my battery and alternator are fine(tested at auto zone), and its completely random. the passed 4 days it started first try every time and today it just sits there and clicks. wtf is wrong. thanks for reading

 

Check to make sure the single groud wire to the starter is connected securely. In my experience, sometimes it looks like it's secure because of the way it's rubber cover sits, but the metal tab inside making the actual electrical connection is loose.
