After installing a stage 2 cam, do you have to adjust the valve to get more power or don't touch it? For a 96 gsr.

 

u should always readjust your valves after installing cams...

what engine management are you using with those cams?? and what other mods do u have to justify that large of a cam??

 

skunk 2 manifold, type r throttle body, rc injector, I/H/E ,complete type r pulleys,
skunk 2 valves, greddy fuel pump and aem engine management.

How are you tuning the bigger injectors? Crome, hondata?

Do a valve lash adjustment.

he says AEM EMS...

but without higher comp pistions you are not taken full advantage of thsoe cams that is for sure..

 

Oh no not this guy again. We had like 8 people tell you to not get stage 2 cams until you up your compression and you still did anyway. I guess you don't want to make much power.

I recommend taking your car to a shop and have them do the adjustments.
