Stabilizer Bar
So I've narrowed down a front drivers side squeaking noise to either by lower ball joint or the bushings for the front stabilizer bar.
I'd like to tackle the front stabilizer bushings first. If I put the car on ramps, can I simply remove the the caps on the bushings to apply grease or is the bar loaded making this unsafe?
Thanks

If suspension is at same height on both sides, then yes you can just unbolt the brackets holding the bushings/bar in place. Either have the whole front end jacked up or on ramps.
Keep in mind that one of the bolts for the swaybar D-bushing bracket also goes through the front LCA compliance bushing bracket. I'm not sure which one needs to come off to get the other one off.
