Default sputtering gsr

so i have a gsr in my hatch and it dies on me one day and i found out it was the rotor button that cause that i put a new one on as well as a cap and new plugs but not wires. it ran fine for like a week now it will sputter sometimes but not all the time like it has a miss. i was thinking if it was the wires it would be all the time. can i get some suggetions?

When does it sputter? With light load or heavy load?

are the wires crunchy? test your wires for resistance? any nicks in the wires? other than that, check your coil as well with a test light.

its also has a new ignition coil so that eliminates that as well i guess im goin to get some wires

so i went to drive it today to remind me exactly what it was doing and its fine for about 30 minutes until i guess it gets up to temp good and then it starts just sputtering anymore ideas on what it could be ? im thinking like maybe a coolant temp sensor but i dont have a cel on

no, fuel pump is not the cause of it. It could be a dirty fuel filter, which you could also switch out just for security. Its cheap from napa.

So a bad fuel pump wouldnt make a car sputter.If it is under load and cant function right he is only running off what ever it pumped to the fuel filter.Im not sure but just an idea and it would be having a hard time pumping enough gas to the car.

its not fuel pump, only plug wires or dizzy can cause to sputter.
