sputtering during accel

sputtering during accel "rainy day" maybe water????
I have a ls all motor and just today after the rain when i accel fast my car starts to sputter.... I have checked all my vaccume lines and they seam to be fine.. could there be water in my CAI, leak in my intake or any ideas???
