Default springs question

I'm thinkin about getting a set of H&R OE springs and I was told they give about a 0.75" drop all around, which is about stock height?? if so, do i need to get a new set of shocks as well or can i use my stock shocks. Like i know that i can use my stock shocks but will they last long?
also, is $130 for the springs a good deal? if not, where can i get them cheaper?? thanx.

The springs are advertised to work with stock shocks, but I use them with bilsteins.
They work great.
