I'm going to redo my suspension soon, and I'm trying to figure out which custom rates to get on my daily driver. (94 integra gsr) Right now I have the ground Control coilovers without a custom rate. (not sure the rates) I'll want something stiffer, but not sure what is too stiff.

 

It all depends on your preference. I'm running omni streets which are 10k in the front and 8k in the rear and for some people that's too stiff, but I like it. Best bet would be to find out what you have and go from there or get rides from friends and use that as a comparision.

 

Right now I'm at 380/280. I know I want it stiffer, but its a daily driver so I wouldn't want it too stiff. Curious what would be a good rate.
