Default Spring rate question

Ok, imagine a fully stripped integra with Ground Control coilovers and the spring rates are quite stiff at 350 pounds(just an example, I don't know what rates my brother's springs are at). What would the street driving ride be like? I'd imagine it would be quite stiff and shakey because my brother's integra is like this.
Ok, now imagine those same springs on an Integra with a full interior and extra weight from added sound deadening. How would the street driving ride be like? I want to put my brother's stiffer springs on my car, but I don't want a crappy ride either. My car is a sedan plus I have added weight from sound deadening. I think that since my car is heavier, the ride shouldn't be as stiff and shakey because there's more weight pushing down on the spring, and since there's more weight pushing down on the spring it should take longer for the spring to compress and decompress. Am I right in my thinking?

Also, if anyone has the method of decoding Ground Control spring rates that would greatly appreciated. Thanks!

won't be AS shaky, but they are performance springs so they will be stiffer than "lowering springs"

that's cool, I just wanted to know if it would be as shakey on a heavier car

It probably won't make a huge difference. It'll still be pretty stiff, whether or not it's streetable is just a matter of what you're willing to put up with.

I have a sedan, and just ordered GCs with 400F 350R spring rates. Should be here tomorrow, as I got my dampers today. If I get them on soon, I'll let you know how it rides.

Ok sounds good..... BTW do the springs differ from 90-93 integras and 94+ integras? I assumed they were the same.

I believe the springs between the G2 and the G3 were different but GC's will likely fit due to short sizes.

350lb/ft are not all that stiff. I would first ask what shock yourt Bro is using . . . Stock shocks with a stiff spring will become rough.

he was using tokico illuminas 5-way adjustable shocks..... which are also what I'm using..... could the shocks make the difference in ride quality? (in terms of the illuminas compared to konis)

SHocks can make a difference. I don't think the Tokicos would have a problem with tjose rates but they are the softest of the popular adjustale shocks. By soft I mean at full stiff it is the softest and too soft IMO.
