im going to get some funtion forms...and i just wanted to know what spring rate would you guys recommend me getting. thanks

Something along the lines of 10k front and 8 k rear should be good. Im not sure what spring rates they have but something in that ballpark should be plenty good for daily use with occasional track.

If your looking for a rear biased setup that maybe 8k front and 10k rear or 10k front with12k rears.

why 8k f and 10k r????? why is it higher in the back. i thougt that it should be higher in the front.....

Its been discussed quite a bit in the roadracing/auto-x section.

It seems as though many who track their cars here (US) prefer a stiffer rear spring to help the car rotate better. However, a lot of JDM setups use a stiffer front spring.

Search around in the RR/Auto-X section, you'll find some good threads.

Its going to come down to what works best for you and how you want the car to feel.

while you can order up any spring rates you want, just make sure the shocks are properly valved...

we can spit out 15 defferent spring rate setups for any need you may have...
all will be moot if the shocks are generically valved
