Spiderweb in headlight

Any easy way to remove the lens cover? Is it possible to remove the headlight assembly without removing the bumper cover? Any one else have this problem--damn spiders.

No, No and Nope. Try blowing compressed air into the light hole (with BOTH bulbs removed)
