So I bought a speed sensor, I had broken and lost the orginal, but it’s a 98 gsr transmission, I bought one for a gsr transmission, and I can’t seem to get the speed sensor to pop the rest of the way into the transmission to the o ring, is there anything I’m doing wrong?

 

Put it in side ways don't line up the bolt hole push it in gently and turn it till the bolt hole lines up with the threads. The gears are prolly hitting the flywheel or not slipping in each other, push the car forward a little and then try installing the sensor.
