Default speed?

I have a 96 integra gsr w/ bolts on parts. I/H/E, act 6 puck clutch & flywheel.
What is best to get more low end power? My high end power is already strong, but
low end is not that strong.

You need a tuned ECU.

knife edging the crank won't really add all that much power. for the money there are other add ons you should go with first. i personally think that knife edging a crank is for high hp applications. i have a knife edged crank in my 90 ls (b16 swap) and i have to be honest, i could tell no difference from stock. it wasn't worth the 200 bucks i spent on it. if you want more power do some searching. power takes money, but if you're willing to spend it and do it right, an lsvtec wouldn't be a bad decision.
