So i bought a DA with a custom piping to Apexi Muffler. At around 2-3k it sounds real loud (louder than usual) and sounds like its popping or struggling to accelerate. when it reaches around 5k it smoothens out the noise.

Me and my friend checked the spark plug wires and two of them were Fu**ed up. One of htem the wire was kinda just sitting on top of the rubber containment for the wire. and the other one was coming off and the inner metal piece was still stuck in the spark plug holder.

needless to say we bought new spark plug wires and installed them. My battery was also shot and was dying out..so my boy and his cb7 boosted me once. the car was fine. we went around the block and it dies out midgear. At 5k rpm it sounded like it was idling. Is this a battery problem? or could it possibly be that the sparkplug wire being that it was damaged let some oil build up and burn and f*ck up my spark plugs?

 

I tried to start my car just now and it showed the dead battery symbol so im hoping it fixes it
