I got 1 spark plug wire that unconnect every 5 minutes from the sparkplug .. so I run on 3 cylinder

I always need to re-plug it each time I go somewhere

what's the problem? the round rubber seal under the valve cover can eb the trouble or not ?

I'ts really strange .. it do like since I removed and re-installed my valve cover
