91 Integra LS B18A1

I'm swapping my stock throttle body (TB) and intake manifold (IM) for JG TB and Blox IM.


As I'm taking the stock IM off I notice something below where the TB bolts on. From research this appears to be a Fast Idle Thermo Valve (FITV).

1. Does my car have the FITV?

2. Since I'm in Cali, I gather I can bypass this without consequence.

thanks dawg, I was pretty sure, but 100% is better. Got almost everything installed tonight, broke my fuel rail, lame. The plastic washer/spacer that goes over the middle stud under the rail was missing, didn't notice, tightened, CRACK!! Lame, so lame. Wife mad. No wheels. 15yr old part I try to find on Saturday. Lame.
