I've been curious about this topic as well, It's something I'm considering doing. I heard there's welding involved, is this correct? Is converting the front end to a JDM one something that I could do or should I have a body shop that's done this before do it?
you DONT ned the fender liners, yes you need fender brakcets, bumper support bumperbracket bump, grill, hood and the rad support which is welded in, try to get new fenders and a new rad support, it will save headaches when it comes time to insstall and paint, and u can use the stock hood cable and latch
No, u don't NEED the fender brackets. U can bend the ones already there just fine.
Again, u don't NEED fender liners, but if u want them, u will need to pay 150$ for the JDM ones.

The jdm latch is what you use.
DA cable, no stock one is too short.
Yes
da9:: It's not hard, but its not a walk in the park either. If I were to do it again i'd save myself the trouble and have a shop do it.

you dont necessarily NEED the fender brackets, but the will keep your fenders from sagging... you can easily fabricate something to compensate for this or bend the JDM fenders slightly if/when they start to sag
the US/JDM hood latch is too short... get a DA (90-93 integra) cable from acura/junkyard.
you dont NEED the fender liners...you can cut your existing US ones
I would recommend having both the bumper support as well as the extension
