smoking

My L/S Vtec motor is smoking whenever the vtec kicks in, i want to know if it's something wrong with the block or is it running to rich or what?

it smokes from the exhaust whenever i hit high rpm like right around where the vtec kicks, it's a charcol black smoke

i got a P28 ecu tuned by hondata but still smokes
