Default SMOG Help

Ok guys I am having trouble passing smog. I am having trouble passing the 15 MPH test... the 25 MPH test I pass just fine. Here are the readings I am getting:

15 MPH Test

HC (PPM): Max (90) MEAS (139)
CO (%): Max (.54) MEAS (.59)
NO (PPM): Max (711) MEAS (949)

25 MPH Test

HC (PPM): Max (56) MEAS (56)
CO (%): Max (.53) MEAS (.18)
NO (PPM): Max (754) MEAS (38)

I have a CAI and dc 4-1 headers. That test was with the CAI on. The cat was just replaced last year along with a brand new O2 sensor. Can anyone make any suggestions? Tonight I replaced the cap, wires, plugs, and also put the stock air intake back on. On the stock airbox I dont have the little hose that connects from the valve cover to the intake itself. The only hose I have is one for my aftermarket intake.

Try to find someone so you can borrow that hose to connect it back. It's gotta be connected, else you may fail visual inspection.

And after all is said and done, you should pass with flying colors.

ONE ADVICE you must HEED TO:
Before you go the to the smog place, beat the **** out of your car to heat up the CAT really well. And after you arrive there, don't turn the car off.
