I purchased a complete Skunk2 valvetrain to put in my gsr head, which is at an engine shop receiving a valve job and a p&p. Well the mechanic calls me up and asks me what is the recommended valve spring pressure. He said most springs are usually just installed, but he wanted to see is there was a recommended pressure for them. Any ideas?
