well i jus installed my skunk2 IM on my integra gsr and it seem that tha trottle cable is a lil too high when i close my hood it sits on top of it. my idle is at 1500rpm and stays there.i used the stock tb from my car.do i need another trottle cable or a aftermarket tb?

I believe you can flip the throttle "wheel" (where the cable attaches on the throttle body) around, so that your oem gsr TB will work with the skunk2 intake manifold. I know I have done it on my blox, and the two intakes are basically the same. Good luck!!!

i have a s2 pro manifold w/ stock cable and bracket. if you're having high idle then try checking your gaskets. if it aren't those, then check for vacuum leaks. if not those, then check your iacv or fitv.
when i had the s2 mani on, i had a constant high idle at 2k rpm and it would stay there even when the car was warm, turns out it was the fitv screw not screwed in properly.

what do u mean about the fitv screw aint tight? how do you suppose to clean it? i kno where its at but dont kno how to clean it..

You have to take it off and open it up and clean out all the black stuff inside of it. Over time, there's a lot of build up that can make your idel irratic. Clean it out, as well as your IACV.
