Default Skipping Problem

Ok well today I got insurance on the teg again and started driving it around, I knew that my plugs were fried so I went and got some Bosch Platinum plugs and put them in, the car was running perfectly when all of a sudden, it starts to skip, I look down at the tach and its going crazy also, then it just stops. Then it does it again, so I turn the car off and let it sit for a moment crank it back up and it works fine again, well then i coming back to the house and it starts up again, skipping adn suddering, im just scared I dont know what it is, nothing appears to be wrong, can any1 let me know whats going on with my car???

I'm gona say....Main fuel relay, Ignitor, or Coil.
Check those first.

Sounds like an ICM(ignitor to me). Check the connections on it first.
