If you get some without pigtails, you can go to a junkyard and most any Honda will have plugs for corner or marker lights that will fit the Stanley side markers. I got a pair of plugs of a buddy's EF Civic corner light harness when he was installing his JDM front (USDM corners have 2 bulbs, only 1 on JDM EF Civic corners I believe), and they fit the OEM Stanly side markers perfectly.

Right on. Ive made all my side marker/ city light harness, by going to junk yard and pulling the lic plate lights of 92-00 civics. Just get the sockets, plugs and enough wire to extend later. As far as cheap side markers go, the prices have gone up every where even hmotors

Got a pic of the light socket? I'm thinking there's only 2 contacts in the light socket, should be for a 194 bulb. In which case only 2 wires should be used. Just test for continuity with a multimeter to figure out which wires to use.

Can you twist the socket out and take a pic of the area where the bulb plugs in?

It almost looks like you could wire it to both your parking light and turn signal to make it function as both, although IMHO it looks weird when it's on constant w/ parking lights. The correct wiring is to have it as turn signal only.

i wanted them consistently on when my headlights are on and to also blink. i heard by doing this it would make the corner light and the side markers blink at different times? doesn't really matter to me though. someone told me i am suppose to wire them up to my corner lights. is this true?

and i found some DIY on how to wire them up but none of them are really detailed. mind linking one to me? and thanks for all your help!

Okay yeah that's just a standard 194 socket. But you can have them function the way you want even with only 2 wires. All you do is splice one wire to the turn signal positive wire, and the other wire splice to the parking light positive wire. The side marker will ground itself through one or the other light, depending on which lights are on.

The side marker will blink opposite the turn signal when parking lights are on, and in unison with the turn signals when parking lights are off.
