Default Shift ****

Can someone please get back to me on how to take off a stock shift **** to a 96 LS and install a type r shift ****? Thank you.

unscrew stock ****, screw on new ****

Remember this saying: Righty Tighty.. Lefty Loosey.
Spin current stock shift **** counterclockwise. Then remove, then spin new shift **** clockwise.

It cant be that easy. Take it to a shop and get a ASE certified mechanic to do it. you dont want to break anything.

i'm not sure if the guys saying it's hard are being sarcastic, because it really is as easy as unscrewing it. counterclockwise.
