this is stupid and im sure its the easiest thing to put on....
i just dont want to break anything.

to remove the the shift boot, do i only have to take off the plastic piece that sits right around the boot or do i have to remove the whole center/armrest piece off?
the plastic piece around the shift boot looks like it come off but i dont want to break any tabs off. any info would be appreciated...thx

 

you have to take the armrest out first. then take the the center part off. then underneatht he shift boot there is 2 screws. pretty self explanatory once you get to taht point. goodluck
