when ever i try to take off and try to keep it in the 1000-1500 rpm range the car shakes and i know im not taking off wrong or nething. but is this due to bad motor/transmission mounts? because i know that whenever i shift at high rpms the car will feel like the engine is about to drop. also theres a lot of vibrations in the shifter. or could that be because the shift linkage is loose? any ways could anyone help me out?

shaking as in the whole car/motor shakes as if it were going to stall. and no matter how hard i try to get it to take off around the 1k rpm range it shakes. so to avoid this i have to get it around the 1500-2000 rpm range just to get it to take off without it shaking.
and the shaking doesnt seem to come from a "certain" side.
but yea does ne one know why the shifter shakes? or moves around?
also today my friend said i need a valve adjustment so would the valves needing to be adjusted have anything to do with why the car takes off roughly?
