definetly sounds like a vacuum leak

if you take a can of carb cleaner, spray a little slowly around all the vacuum lines, if you hear the engine change, the carb cleaner is getting sucked in the vacuum leak and evening out the mixture, and there you have your leak.

you may also wanna clean off your iac.
