Default safc?

I was wondering if you could use this fuel device on naturaly aspirated cars? I heard that the SAFC allows you to control the activation of V-TEC. How much hp can you gain from this device? Is it difficult to figure out the correct fuel mixture?

S-AFC: for non-VTEC cars

Opps I meant V-AFC. Is it possible to gain hp from using this device on a natualy aspirated car? Is this the same thing as a vtec controller?

I see..., but is this V-AFC usable for a stock GSR or are these devices specificaly made for bolt on parts like turbos and superchargers? My plan was to activate the V-tec at a lower rpm inorder to gain a stronger midrange. Is it possible?

A VAFC will not help you in boost if your car didn't come with boost. it is designed for "stock aspirated" cars. Meaning if you have a car that had a turbo on it it will work with turbo, if you have a car that was N/A than it will work on that too! I have an Integra LS NA for the moment and I was running it, I gained 10 hp to the wheels with tuning on a dyno for like 4 hours. (I am running 8.5:1 compression with no boost so I gained a lot from tuning this unit properlly) You have to have a Lambda meter or a dyno with on to be able to tune these otherwise you are wasting your time.... Hope this helps. And by the way I am selling my SAFC, I got a hondata 2B for my turbo so I can't use my SAFC, unfortunatelly!!! I and everybody else that ever saw my car loved it!!! The thing was awesome!!! Let me know mine has been used for almost 6 months. if you want it I can sell it as soon as you get money.... It will go out to the other H-T'ers later on tonight. so act quicklly. Hope I answered your questions and let me kow if you have anyother questions.

Later,

Sean C.
