when i hear about the ls vtec is everyone talking about the 92-93 model.....will that work in my 90 gs....what all will i need.....and can anyone give me a a price range just for parts cause i already have someone who can help me do the swap....any help would be appreciated...thanx

Yea you can do it. The only thing that would be different from any other Ls/Vtec would be that you would have to find a non OBD ECU. I would recomend a 1st gen b16 head.

 

ls block - (dont know)
B20 block - $800~1100
Vtec head - $400~600
LsVtec oil line - $100
Vtec tranny - $500~700
ECU - $300~400
oil & coolent - $30
new clutch - $200~300
new distributor - (if u need one, i did) $~200
axles - (if ya need em)
Type-R intake - $200
Labor - $ A Lot
maybe some other stuff too - add $500~1000...
oh yeah!
all cool little gaskets, seals and stuff...

might as well sell ur gs save some more plus the money u want to spend on ls vtec
and buy a 94-95 gsr
