Default Run Lean?

Will a 2001 GSR run lean after installation of AEM CAI (already installed) DC Ceramic 4-2-1 headers (one piece), and Type R Exhaust?

I was told by someone that I needed to modify the fuel regulator. Is that accurate?

Thanks!

You'll be fine without any additional fuel. Tons of people have only intake/header/exhaust combo

I want to do it right... Will I be starving the engine for sufficient fuel?

You will be completely fine. Don't worry about fuel with just i/h/e. There's like thousands upon thousands of people that run i/h/e with no fuel problems.
