Default rpm problems

my 99 gsr has all the crap msd, 18g turbo, gears, uberdata, rtp kit, 450cc dsm injectors, any way the rpms bounce at 3250 like a rev limiter but the uberdata has all the stuff set correctly but this rpm issue is driving me mad. any help is great

Any codes being thrown? Check the ignitor and make sure it's grounded. I had the same problem for a while on my car and my friend's.

Anyway, what are "gears"? Did you modify your gearing/final drive? Just wondering because the GSR gearing is one of the most efficient for overall acceleration and gas mileage.

there is a little plug that you have to jump the two wires and the code will flash on the cel. the plug is located on the passenger side of the dash near the kick panel on most conversions...

I was thinking the IACV, it's free to adjust. So you may want to start there. Then start to check for CEL.

Are u saying that this happens at idle? Or does it happen when ur driving and u just can't rev past 3250 rpms? Also u should jump ur service connector to find out what codes ur getting.
