Whenever I haven't driven my car for a few hours, it has a rough idle. The RPMS bounce back and forth between 1500-2000 for about 2-3 minutes and finally settles down to about 1000. I've taken it to a few mechanics and they've suggested different things. I've only had the car for about 3 months so I"m not sure about the maintenace history. One mechanic suggested I change the Bosch spark plugs to OEM ones. Another said it might be the IACV. Anyone have experience with this?

 

a tune up is always a good idea if the history is unknown. on my 93 gsr i just recently changed the iacv cured my irratic idle when cold.

 

when ur car is going up an down like that when u first start it try gettin it tuned
