Default rough idle, please help

ok i have been over this whole car, gonna try cap, rotor, wires tomarrow, but i have a rough idle, sounds like a miss but vac/boost gauge is at 15, normally was at 25 vac side, let me tell ya what i did and have, 94 ls with gsr swap and JRSC, i got a rod nock so i replaced everything, crank pistons and rods, bearings seals rings head was redone too, so whole new motor, well i also up'd the boost to my max i can go and trying to break the motor in, i melted pistons, rings, both main and rod bearings and once again had to get new, even new head gasket, well when i fire it back up i got my rough idle problem and have sprayed carb cleaner everywhere and cant find a leak! do you guys have any idea's of what to look at next?i dont think it could be cap, rotor, wires but gonna end up getting new 1s just incase. like i said it seems like maybe a miss but vac gauge is low

its not that up down its a miss, and tuning place said to put 1000 miles on motor, but i had just burned pistons/rings and all bearings up, at 121 miles with a base tune. i had it running when had 10#boost, beat the snot out of it for 11months and gave it a rod knock so rebuilt all new and up'd to 14# boost and been having problems, I just pulled #1 cylinder plug wire off and motot\r didnt die down well i did them all but #1 didnt di down, my dad said plug wasnt firing and #2 doesnt look like doing to much better tho, but swapped plugs and still number 1 wont die down when pull plugwire

Have you already done a compression test? but idk how conclusive that would be ultimately just take off the head and see if the exhaust valves are burnt

plugs are brand new, and dont have this ohm tester to test Injectors, know of another way? now i runs, had a ground wire break off, but now also get a ecu code 22, so will clean out the vtec when i have daylight! when i drive around after it gets warmed up, it shows on the a/f gauge it is lean
