Reverse to First gear problem

Reverse to First gear problem
When reversing car out of drive-way and starting in first gear the ecu fuse(15) blows.
If I drive the car w/o reversing, the car goes fine without the fuse blowing.
I've tested the ecu on another car and with the ecu in the other car, everything works fine.
what could it be?
no CEL's...
Any suggestions of what it could be? What are some things that cause the ecu fuse to blow?
