rev problem
hi well i have an integra gsr 98 with bolts on , my problem is that sometimes i accelerate the car and stay in before 7000rpm , dont pass the 7000rpm but i turn off and start the car and my red line is 8200 and i run and the car runs the 8200rpm.... why

Ok. Let me get this straight. You say that your car will not rev past 7000 RPM when the red line it 8200? Then you shut the car off (for how long?) and it will go all the way to red line?
