Default Resetting ECU

I have a 95 Integra, with i/h/e/NGK's and I have never reset my ECU. Should I??

I had been told in the past that resetting the ECU only applies to cars equipped with OBD2 or OBD3, but I am not sure if that is true or not.

If I do need to reset my ECU, does anyone know the proper procedure?

Thanks

It depends how long you had your mods. If you had your mods for a while then you wont need to reset your ECU because it senses the difference in air flow and after a while fixes the problem. If you just get a new mod, then it's a good idea to reset the ECU.

Remove your NEGATIVE ( ground ) Battery cable... or remove the HAZARD fuse from your fuse box in your engine bay...
