Replacin Driver Window ??
It's very easy. You need to purchase a replacement window (either OEM from the dealer, or aftermarket). OEM is pretty pricey (upwards of $180+) and aftermarket is about $100. Aftermarket is fine, but usually is a little thinner. The aftermarket one I used on my parent's 01 Civic is made in South Africa. Looks fine, but is thinner so the weather stripping doesn't press against all of the window. Rain water will just run down and when you open the window, the weather stripping doesn't wipe the water off. But oh well.
You pop open the door panel (I assume you already know how to do this) and everything else is self explanatory. You remove the old window glass/parts and clean out all the broken glass. There should be a couple of bolts that hold the "clips" that hold the window. The clips are part of the window and will come with the new window.
Loosen the rails on the sides, slide the new window in, bolt the clips in, and then push the rails against the window so it's snug. Then tighen the rails again.

Nope, doesn't matter at all. In fact, electric is easier because removing the manual window crank is a pain in the ***.
You just pull off the door panel and unclip the wiring harness for the electrical components (i.e.: door locks, windows, speakers, etc).

You can buy a used window glass locally from Honda Auto Salvage. They just carry Honda and Acura cars. They have plenty of older Integras. There number is 602-470-0516. They are located on University and 40th St. About 10 - 15 minutes from Ahwatukee. Good Luck.
