Default Recent Dyno

Had my 98' GSR dyno'd today...peak HP was 167.54

Mods are as follows
I/H/E/Test Pipe/VAFC/OBD1/GroundWires/AEM PS pulley

Thanks it..stock gsr IM & cams...was wishing for 170ish but this will do.

nice. Just wondering how does the steering feel with the aem ps pulley? and how much hp do you think it gave you?

excellent numbers. you pulled about the same as some guy who used to post here, who had skunk2 stage 1 cams.

Props for the dyno!

But remember, PEAK WHP are for bragging rights and don't mean [sh*t] in the real world (testing/driving applications). Peak WHP can lie.

From what I can see on that mini graph its 118.24 for torque.

peak torque is around 127 at 6k.

Car has the following

AEM intake
JDM 4-1 Header
Apex N1
SMSP testpipe
OBD1 conversion
Tommy Guns Ground kit
AEM PS pulley&lt;---didnt notice a steering different
AEM FPR&lt;--set at stock setting
VAFC
ACT HDSS clutch & Comptech 6.7lb FW

Car has 66k on it.

theres definitely more power to be made, notice the high end fast torque drop off... definitely 5whp+ with tuning.

and is the vafc actually tuned or is that just a baseline?

yes the vafc was tuned, my previous run of 161hp was proir to test pipe/groundwires/fw/clutch

I haven't decided what to do next tho...was thinking of skunk2 stage 1 cams but really have no idea.


no 1/4 mile times run a couple 1/8 at our local track..best was a 9.3 in the 1/8 with a 2.0 60ft.
