Default Rear wiper motor

I've taken off my rear wiper, plugged it and now the motor is hanging loose by the power cord. I can't seem to detach the power cable. I've tried squishing it using pliers and just plain out pulling it. I don't see a tab I can push to get it out...Is there any way I can detach the motor short of cutting the wires?

I remember I used a small flathead screwdriver and jammed it in the clip of the harness to release it. There really is a tab there. I tried the neednose pliers too, but that didn't work. My advise: use gloves. My hand slipped while I tried to remove the wire harness and I sliced my thumb on the sheetmetal. I now have a permanent gash in my knuckle.
