Rear camber problem...
I just recently took off my wheels and put the stock wheels back on for winter. I noticed my rear passenger side tire was worn down more significantly than the other tires. I currently have neuspeed sport springs(1.75f and 1.5r drop), koni yellows at stock perch and suspension techniques rear sway bar. I've had this setup for 3 years now, never had any problem with uneven tire wear. Could this be due to the camber or/and toe on that particular side? Is there a reason why there was more tire wear on one side over the other? I might have to try that washer trick to correct the rear camber, how many washers should i go with on a 1.5 inch drop??
Did you ever slam that side into a curb or get into an accident involving that wheel? That does sound weird though, with my last 2 setups only my fronts showed camber wear and my rears were fine.

I almost guarantee the toe is off. Toe-out will wear the insides of the tire.
I have a ~3" drop w/o any camber correction and my tire wear is not too bad (but it is the same on all 4 corners). When I get my car aligned this weekend I will be going with ~1/8" toe-in on the front to help even out the tire wear a bit.

That might be the case as only that one tire wore more than the other tires. I wonder if it would hurt anything if i put the washers in the rear to correct the camber a bit.

I wouldn't, as the washer method isn't that accurate (washers can vary in thickness). Seriouosly, just get an alignment done. My rear tires are almost tucking and I've only got -1.8* camber in back. There is a toe control link on the leading end of the trailing arm. All you do is loosen the bolt slightly and move the trailing arm w/ a prybar to adjust it. Of course it should be done on a rack w/ the laser sensors attached and all the stuff so you can get it just right.
