As a gesture to the terrorists that we, as Americans and as a free
people, will overcome such tragedy, Friday SEPTEMBER 14 is "Flags
Across America." All Americans are asked to display the American
flag either in their homes or cars.
All those outside of the U.S. who support us are asked to turn on your
headlights that day.

Let's keep the meaning of UNITED in "United States". Please pass
this onto as many people as you know.

 

Hmm...where could I purchase a flag? Maybe a gas station or something...you know..one of those little ones with the wooden pole.

I got mine from my college, the local radio station was passing them out!

 

I found a place here in town that was on the news. They are called "Flags Unlimited" and you KNOW they are having their best sales day in history. I went in a bought flag on a 3ft pole and then I bought a flag sticker about 3x4. I went to Michaels and bought magnetic tape and turned the sticker into a magnet. It now rests on the back of my GSR just below the trunk release.

I got one at Party Universe...they sold out right after i bought mine. That was the last place left in town to have them. Everyone on this board should have one.

 

Already got one flying on my fuba antenna.

 

around here they are all sold out... as well as the newspapers! i heard at least the newspapers all sold out by 10 yesterday morning

 

if you live in the houston area, krogers is supposedly giving them out with a donation to the red cross.
