Icon2 Random stall on the highway

My car will randomly stall out after I stepped on the gas pedal to cut a car off. Happens randomly most likely to happen during raining weather but at times on sunny days. Sometimes it will just die if I step on the clutch pedal to let it cruise. The random stall only occurs on the freeway.

My setup:
81.5mm b18c1 with ITR internals
b16 Tranny
Performer X IM
ITR Tb
Obd2 main harness with obd1 Injector clips
Chipped p28 on Neptune.

I have cleaned my Iacv
Changed fuel filter
Changed settings for my IACV on Neptune
Changed fuel cut on Neptune

Car starts everytime after it stalls so I doubt its my Main relay
Car idles fine and drives normal.

Any help is appreciated

Going to be hard to figure out if it starts right up after stalling, you may have to install "tell-tails" to see if it is spark or fuel that is being lost when the car stalls.

The problem is, to diagnose a problem the problem must be there when your diagnosing, if car starts right up after stalling there is no problem to be found, so diagnosing the problem must be done when problem occurs, the only way to do that when driving is to install tell-tails so you can see what is being "lost" when engine stalls. 94

btw my car does this too, HYPER rarely, its happened like 2-3 times since december. ALWAYS on the parkway... i usually just turn the key off then back on and fires right back up, im assuming its due to my fuel or spark like someone else said.... it isnt a common problem so i havent fixed it yet... i got more important things to focus on atm...

Thats what I was thinking as well. Im gonna run on Crome again for this next week and see if it ***** out again. If not then it must need more tuning on Neptune

This sounds like a catalytic converter. After time the "honeycomb" inside the cat starts to crumble/melt. Once that happens, it makes it difficult for the exhaust fumes to escape, causing the car to stall at random times. Remove your cat and inspect it. Make sure the "honeycomb" inside the cat is in good shape.

Im running a straight pipe. No cat converter. However I did start to hear something like metal within that region rattling in my exhaust pipe.

When my cat started to crumble/melt. Pieces from the "honeycomb" went all the way to my muffler. So it's a possibility that it's getting clogged somewhere else. Give your muffler/exhaust a good shake. You shouldn't hear ANY rattling.

I was gonna take off my test pipe tommorow. For the past few days I have switched back from Neptune to Crome. Car has not died or stalled since then so Im starting to think I need more tuning on Neptune.

Back from the dead. ***** starting to act up again.

I have replaced fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, main relay and fine tuned my fuel tables in Npetune.

I don't know what the F is going on.

Hmm, maybe fuel starvation at high demand, check your fuel pressures.

Almost seems like it's not getting fuel but my wideband reads 14-15 right before it just stalls out.

i am having these same problems.

if i two step my car and let off gas it stumbles, drops lower than idle rpm and stalls out.

if im driving and put it in neutral to coast it stalls.

once its warm it seems to do it more.

car starts right up after stalling but then shuts off and wont hold idle.

any sugestions? i have a jdm b18c in a 95 civic eg.
