Default Random and Multiple Misfiring

I have an '00 4 door Integra with 188,xxx miles. It is completely stock under the hood. My check engine light has been one for a little now. A while ago when I would be sitting at a light for a while it would start to flash but stop once I started moving. It hasn't done that in a while now. Lately, the CEL will go off for a while then come back on, really random. One time I filled up at shell and when I started it up it was off. I have had my codes read 3 times it will tell me different cylinders are misfiring with the random and multiple misfire. Today I was told all 4 are misfiring. My car runs pretty fine though, just a little sluggish at times. After the car is warmed up it idles at like 650. Also you can tell it is misfiring by the sound of the exhaust when it is just idling. I know you shouldn't just start replacing things but most needed to be replaced.

I have replaced wires, coil pack, rotor, spark plugs and even the air filter.
I know I should probably run a compression test, money is a little tight right now. Any information/advice would be helpful, thanks.

you can rent a compression tester from AA/AZ for free ! I recommend compression testing it, hard to advise much else. Timing maybe ? but you say it runs fine so....could always try a different ECU

Random misfires are almost always due to a fuel issue, or fuel related issue.

1-When was the fuel filter last replaced?

2- Do a fuel pressure test, or just permanently install a fuel pressure gauge at the filter.

3- The PGM-FI Main Relay is a common problem on our cars, not only does it supply power to the fuel pump, [fuel pump relay] it also supplies power to the fuel injectors, [fuel injector relay] and it is almost always an easy fix and worth trying if for no other reason other than to elliminate it as the possible problem.

4- As mentioned, a compression test can not hurt either.

5- Condition and color of spark plugs can als tell you a lot. 94

The last two cars I diagnosed with random misfire and misfire codes were low compression issues. Its a free test if you can rent or borrow a gauge and will tell you a lot.
