Default RADIO CD CODE LOST

PLease somebodY help me
My brother have a 98 GSR. he calls to the dealer in my country but the dealer say dont have this code

SERIAL No. 96F337909
MODEL No. 39100-ST7-A500

with key in off position hold down the #1 and #5 buttons while holding them in turn the key to the on position let go of the buttons a 4 digit # will flash that # is the # you need to give the dealer

If it's an OEM radio look underneath your ashtray the number on the bottom of the ashtray is your code.

I see the ashtray only have 4 numbers and the first is Nine ... The radio only have six numbers

That's impossible, dealer has to give out radio code if you are the owner of the car. Recheck your serial number again or go to a different dealer. I know this because I work at one.

were you giving the dealer the serial #? if so, and the dealer's saying he can't get you the code for it, just call a different one. you don't have to come in in person, you can just get it over the phone.

Panama City only have one Dealer---- and s_ck´s
i seeing a number 9704 in the ashtray...

I am from Panamá City (central America)
only have one dealer in all the country

sorry, didn't realize you were in a different country. anyway, i called the local dealer. the code is 23113.

open up your glove box, and on the side you should see a 5-digit number. that should be the radio code. this worked for me on my 99 integra
